How does a typical week work?
If something on your list runs low before harvest day, we'll substitute with something equally fresh and let you know β nothing shows up as a surprise.
Monday
The farm updates which products are available.
Tuesday
The team sends the product list to members.
Wednesday
Members finalize their selections and orders.
Thursday
Farmers harvest and the team packs orders.
Friday
Products are delivered to your door.
Ordering FAQ
With CSA, this isn't really a risk the way it is with regular shopping β the weekly CSA list only shows items that are currently available, so you're always choosing from what's actually in stock that week.
Farmers harvest on Thursday and orders are delivered Friday β most of what arrives at your door was still in the ground the day before.
Yes β delivery is free for all 6-month CSA members. For Monthly Membership or Γ la carte orders, delivery is free on a scheduled delivery day, and a nominal fee applies for non-scheduled days.
On multi-month plans, unused quantity carries over into the following months. On the 1-month plan, unused quantity carries over if you renew before the membership ends; if you don't renew, it resets at the end of the membership period.
Yes β simply don't place an order for that week by the scheduled Wednesday ordering day, and you won't be charged or receive a delivery.
If an item arrives poor quality or damaged, we'll credit you for it. If it's simply a matter of taste, message us and we'll work out an option that fits better next time.
We'll honor a cancellation and refund the unused portion β though we'd love the chance to work things out with you first. Here's why: each 6-month CSA payment becomes working capital we forward directly to your farmer, helping them transition to the Natural Farming way season by season. A refund comes out of our own operating budget, not the farmer's, so it never puts their livelihood at risk β but it does affect our ability to support the next family. We run this program purely for farmers' livelihoods, not for profit.
We'll coordinate the delivery time with you beforehand, so this shouldn't come as a surprise β message us on Zalo if your schedule changes.
